What better way to spring clean your skin from the harsh dry winter days. I am a big fan and my brush hangs right by my shower. Some say do it first thing in the morning before you shower, but any time works. Dry brushing has many health benefits and is well worth the 5-minute time investment. Start your morning by increasing circulation, treating cellulite, encouraging new cell renewal, draining the lymphatic system, treating ingrown hairs, exfoliating dead skin, and feeling good!
